Special attention is given to the kitchen ,which is run directly by the owners. During your stay you will be able to enjoy traditional romagnola dishes like : egg noodles, ravioli, baked lasagne, potato gnocchi, passatelli in broth and the typical piadina romagnola.
All the dishes are prepared following antique traditions.
For the breakfast buffet we daily prepare characteristic romagnola sweets in our kitchen : fruit cakes, cakes and cookies.
The majority of our cold cuts and the wines served in the Hotel are produced by us at our country estate, which is where we also get the majority of our fresh fruit and vegetables which are placed in our rich buffet every day for lunch and dinner.
